![]() As someone else has also said... a 4 cyl engine needs a box designed for that engine, ditto for a 5 cyl. If our B2 engine is a KK, a gearbox for a 1.8 won't physically fit it..... It's a difficult job to fit the internals from a 4 cyl box into a 5 cyl box..... Possible but not easy. Much easier and cheaper to just get a replacement box in the event of a failure At this point you should have a look at the number stamped into the top of your gearbox bell housing close to the back of the engine. Also.... Have a look at your speedo and see what part number is printed on the front of it (if visible), and also the "W=....." number. That information will help. Is your speedo giving a reasonably accurate figure? |
