Firstly, thank you for making MY 1985 2 door saloon that little bit rarer

Secondly, I would kill for the plastic windscreen trim if you still have it. (assuming you'll use a sport windscreen seal without the trim)

Actually, looking at the photos, maybe you're the chap who called me a couple of weeks ago about the window trims?

No it wasn't me :-) what trims you actually need? Coupe one? This 2 door has solid rubber window seals, except side ones.

Ah OK. I spoke to a chap who had also imported a red 2 door saloon that he was using as a donor for short wheel base.. he went of to look for the trims and never called back

Was yours an 80 sport then? saloons had plastic trim in the windscreen seal except for the 80 sport and 90 versions. Mine was a lowly 1.6 but I lost one of the windscreen trims between removing the broken screen and fitting the new one (in my defence it took 3 months to get a clear windcreen from Germany as UK cars are all tinted screens)

If you still have the trim intact for the quarter windows I'd be interested just for spares..

No its not sport 80, actually have no idea why its like that. But its all rubber, front ant back, sides quarters are black plastic with metal corners.

That sounds like it has 90 quattro seals... who knows.. its a german import isn't it?

If you want to sell the rear quarter trims then let me know.. I'm assuming you're keeping the screen seal..

REALLY HATE TO SEE THIS GO, BUT HAVE NO TIME SINCE I AM MOVING TO ANOTHER HOUSE!
And few months later to another bigger garage!

Has this gone yet? I don't want the car but I would like to have the trim off the C pillar trim on the passenger side if its still there and will fit on a 90Q 4 door? I'm local to Oldham so would be greatful of it as mine fell off on the M60 last week!
It might not be the same but if your in Oldham it's worth a short drive!
