You should be able to get new ones from Transervex tell them the size pressure and type of fitting http://www.transervex.com/index.php

I've tried & have been told that the ones used on type 81/85 saloons & coupes cannot be re-gassed: unless someone knows different

Special order, but £21.92 per strut, which is not too bad I thought, as there can't be many B2 saloon owners who don't have a broom handle in the boot to prop up the boot lid.

Typ44 avant, off the shelf, £13.32 each!
