Make sure the throttle cable is nice and free and not over adjusted.

Check/clean throttle butterflies).

And finally operation of 'closed throttle' switch.

Mines water,not air.
The KV one is on the underside of the water hose between head and radiator.(Closest to cylinder head.)

I am thinking of checking all of them. Just go through autodata. And try to find which one (if any) is gone wrong.

Checked throttle body cable and cleaned throttle body. If ISV is idle valve then I changed that.
What do you mean by operation of closed throttle switch?
