The EU don't need this rule as all the modern rubbish made recently gets scrapped after 10 years when all the emissions stuff starts to fail and costs more than the car is worth to fix :grr:

If it's the same as b4 you need to remove the trim panel either side above the strut housing. Take care as the plastic clips on the trim break easily.
