Default classic audi charity rally?

after what i mentioned on the project classic audi 200 thread, ive had a look around online and thought maybe it'd be better if say we did our own charity rally? would anyone be interested? say raise at least £100 per car in sponsors to enter, all sponsor money to a charity, drive from a certain point to a finish line? small prize for winner all done for fun to raise money for a certain charity, say cancer uk or help the heros? just putting the idea out there, a chance for a load of classic audi owners to have abit of fun, some banter, a drive across the country, finish at a pub somewhere? take in some of britains finest views and do some good?

a couple of mates of mine have just done the Mission to Munich charity rally. They had a cracking time. Did it in a MK2 Golf GTi which they paid a couple hundred quid for!

Can't see any reason why someone couldn't use the 200 to do a charity event in. Would be a superb idea. I'm sure if it was viable, Rich (Quattrokid) who like to do something like the Strathendick run in it, and there are plenty of other non-competitive rally's which people could enter in to.

If it's for a good cause, it makes even more sense to get her out and use her.
Whether it be a local event or a European adventure!
Don't expect a full 30 strong Classic Audi team pit crew to be following you though!

I am up for that sounds like fun!

We could rally from here to some location in Europe although this will be more expensive, people will need time off work etc.

Or we could rally around the UK to a pub or meeting point etc that would be good as well, cheaper, less organisation involved etc.

If we do stay in UK can we have a country lane/hill route like Wales or something
