Default Sunroof seal for 100 coupe S

Presume it's the same as the standard saloon as well as the sunroof seem to be the same size.
Would be nice to take her out in the wet and not have to worry about water dripping down the back of my neck whilst driving!

You could always move the seat

I did, it used to drip down the front and on my chest, now it just goes down the back!

At least I don't looked like I've pissed myself now when I get out!
For the record, she's only been out once in the rain, that was more than enough for her!

On a serious note, hopefully you can find one!

According to my parts books, the seals are the same for the 100 Saloon and the Coupe. It's not 100% clear, but I'm pretty sure the relevant part numbers are;
803 877 297 B Seal, edge gap (front)
803 877 297 C Seal, edge gap (rear)
The numbering is a little odd as the letter suffix usually denotes a later iteration of the same part. However, it probably doesn't matter too much as you're unlikely to find original parts anyway. Fortunately, there are a couple of early Audi parts specialists in Germany who list sunroof seals (pattern parts, presumably) for 100s.

Helge Matthiesen's katalog lists front (vorn) and rear (hinten) seals in a choice of colours;
http://audi-ersatzteil-service.eu/do...talog_2008.pdf (page 83)
Schiebedachdichtung, vorn, grau-beige (nur bis ca. Bj. 1/76) KD 01-1003 17,90 Euro
Schiebedachdichtung, hinten, grau-beige (nur bis ca. Bj. 1/76) KD 01-1004 11,00 Euro
Schiebedachdichtung, vorn, beige (nur bis ca. Bj. 1/76) KD 01-1001 17,90 Euro
Schiebedachdichtung, hinten, beige (nur bis ca. Bj. 1/76) KD 01-1002 11,00 Euro

AK-Autoteile (www.ak-autoteile.de/) list a 'complete' seal (front and rear, I assume);
N03867519 Dichtung für Schiebedach komplett, grau bis Bj.75 38,00 Euro

Hopefully, one or other should be able to help you.

Emails sent to both Jurgen and Helge. I just hope their English is better than my German!

Yeah, but from experience, Audi dealers don't recognise cars before 1978 on their computer systems.

Always nice to be told by Audi that their is no such car when I'm standing right next to one!
Useless imbeciles they employ who know nothing apart from what's on the screen in front of them!
