drivers side wiper arm (rhd)

The plastic cover on the drivers side wiper arm has disintegrated.
Tried gluing it but none of my solvent glues touch it.
Sooooo with Audi deleting the part years ago , what other manufacturer still makes them (if any)? If someone makes the same wiper without the airshield I can graft the old one onto it.
Next problem , living in Canada , everything here is for lhd so need somewhere that will ship it.
Anyone got idea's or pointers please ?
