B2 rear door removal

As above removing back door just wondering wats best way too take off the bar thats stop it blowing open not sure wats it called will the pin pop out or is it pressed in any1 know as am stuck,

Either drill the pin out or small grinder to cut the top off the pin and then punch the remainder out.
