Default Trouble Starting

I've recently got the project car back, which is a shortened 1982 UR Turbo with an RS2 ADU engine.

There were some initial starting problems, which when the alarm was switched off and the ignition switch turned to start the car, the hazard lights would illuminate on the analogue clocks and there would be a loud buzzing noise. After checking all of the fuses I found that fuse 12 (15A) for the instrument cluster and lights was blown. I replaced this and the previously mentioned flashing lights and buzzing noise disappeared. Shortly after I got the car to fire and run which it has done for around 5 minutes on two occasions before I turned it off.

I ran the car again today in preparation for dropping the oil. When I next went to start it, I got the hazard lights and loud buzzing noise again only this time fuse 12 is intact.

Any ideas?

Anything to do with the relay at the back of the dash?

I may add that the buzzing is reminiscent of when you try and start it with the alarm still on.

I've checked the earths on both sides and the one in the boot. All seem OK.

Apart from the earths on the Inlet Manifold, should there be one from the engine to the bulkhead?

***Found it. It's from the engine to the passenger side engine mount***
