Default Build sticker.

Had the rear lights and no. plate panel of my coupe to re-seal them and whilst in hear found the build sticker by the o/s of the rear panel.
Can someone explain it? In particular the options bit.........

I would do a search for Audi pr numbers on the web i have a list but i don't think it will post here.
