Default Insurance Time Again

it's almost that time of year again and i'm looking through the quattro's insurance documents.

last year's premium was a classic policy through footman james and cost this 45 year old £363.42 with mileage limited to 5000, garaged overnight in a sleepy wee seaside town and valuing the car at £10,000.

can anyone improve on this kind of premium as it seems a little steep for a car that gets used for only a few months of the year!

many thanks,

craig

I saw this and was going to suggest footman James! Oops you're already with them!

Always seemed the cheapest to me!

I'm with Sureterm Direct classic policy. Limited to 3,000 miles, valued at £6,000 and kept in garage overnight. £180 and that's with 9 penalty points on my license.

I'll dig out who I'm with after lunch but mine, 32yr old, 3,000 miles, garaged, admittedly only £5k as it needs a respray - £93 fully comp....
