Whats your favorite curry??..

Friday nights are take away curry nights in the Emjay household.

Tonite I am having Bhuna Garlic Tandoori Chicken. So while we are waiting very impatiently for the delivery man I thought I would ask tonites question.."Whats your favorite curry tipple??"

I am indian and often have curries made at home the old fashioned way.
Ocassionally the taste of a bought in curry is a treat.
I usually go for a Chicken Jalfrezi and a Lamb Rogan Josh with Garlic Naans.

As for drinks, the top beer to have with a curry is Lal Toofan. If you cant get this try Kingfisher and in dire circumstances go for Cobra.

I used to take lots of Trappist beer too, Duval, Chimay etc. Then i got the taste for Leffe.

Now im on a self imposed 1 year drinking ban, only 4 months left to go.......

It has to be chicken massala washed down with either lowenbrau pills or micholob ultra

Chicken Phall,Mushroom Rice,Meat Samosa x 2.

Nein bieren as Im a recovering alcy! It would have been 7 or 8 Stellas though,or Kingfisher.Hic!

1 complete garlic crushed
1 red onion diced
chicken breasts sliced
spring onions diced
peppers sliced
simmer and then add tikaa masala hot spicy sauce....add a bit of "the bomb" sauce (750 times hotter than jalapeno peppers)

pilau rice

sprouts....cook then add to curry and serve with garlic bread washed down with beer

zatziki for cooling the mouth if liquid nitrogen doesnt work!!

stand back tmw when the farting becomes seizmic!!
