How to spot an irratic prat...

Mindless lane changing, 56mph in lane 3, 80mph lane 1 undertaking, lane 3 to lane 1 then exit slip in 50yds....

I've witnessed all of the above, with the same sign on each vehicle this week.

Welcome to the new world of limited mental aptitude, mobile phones welded to the ear, blackened out windows and 900yd long Hummers, with a jacuzzi and plunge pool.
