Yeah really sad,i was after that to save ,you beat me to it on ebay,it was fixable according to the seller who knows his stuff,tragic

2 votes for tragic....!

there are hardly enough 200 owners around to sell all the parts to..!

easier to fix it probably

you might end up with 80% of a car left that no one wants..


( ive tried this before haven't i..with stevecat....)

Much as I agree with what your saying, It could be the other way to - that its to expensive to fix. Remember, the add said that some of the parts were canabilised for another car, I can remember much of what was taken but something about a knock sensor and dizzy ring a bell, I may be wrong but it could be much of a white elephant. I looked at it as well and decided that it was to much to work on and I'm a big 200 fan, I'd have another in a minute if I could (Provided the Missus wouldn't Bobbitt me!)

Incidentally did anyone on here buy the White one that was on Ebay not so long ago, based in London and a saloon???
