Emails saying "New Reply"

......anyone know how to turn that off please? I've had about 5 mails telling me I've got a response to me thread or Email..

Tell me and I'll let you attend my "Sexaholic Anonymous" meetings .. (Some nice Munters There lol )

user cp at top of page

edit options halfway down the left hand side

then Default Thread Subscription Mode...choose no email notifications
