Sunday run out! 05/05/2024
Hey troops
Cunning gameplan formed for a Sunday morning run upto Braemar on the A93 for breakfast on Sunday 5th May The A93 is one of Scotlands best drives IMHO Meeting point is Kinross Services at 07.30. Pop your name in here if you’re inclined to come. Last edited by Duffy3074; 13-02-24 at 08:13 PM. |

Incidentally there's a music festival on at Kirriemuir which finishes on the Sunday, whilst it probably won't be busy traffic wise in the morning, if we're heading back the same route later it will be "Highway to Hell".

That's shown as on the Friday to the Monday and whilst there might be a bit of traffic at Blairgowrie to Perth I think we should be okay otherwise heading north
The only other option for coming back is bouncing east to Aberdeen and down, that's a long way for a short cut You got any other suggestions? |

It's Friday to Sunday?
Regards route, after Braemar what about heading Cockbridge/Tomintoul onto Grantown then over to Fort Augustus via East side of Loch Ness (B851/862). Then down to Spean Bridge, Fort Bill, Glencoe etc and back via Stirling ? We have an early start so the above is do-able ? |
