Default Coupé B2 engine KV problem with full load

Hello Ive got some serious problem with my KV engine. When it reach abou 4500 RPM it immediatly loses all engine power, deccelerate and starts "bark" into intake.
Iam mad of this, because ive tried almost everything, checked hole in vaccum, change air filter, plugs....
There might be something Ive forgot. Do you guys have a hint ?

Ive got a bad feeling about this thing :

Iam not sure where to plug it. Is there anywhere some kind of full scheme of vacuum ?
Thanks a lot and sorry for my english. Iam not very skilled.

My guess is the rotor arm... If its got the rpm rev limiter spring,... They can grow weak and set the rev limiter low...

In case you got the rotor with limiter, just fit a non limiter rotor.

It's deceleration valve. It's connected to airbox.
