It has passed the MOT with no work done on it whatsoever! Extremely happy! has some advisories but all just need TLC. No corrosion on the chassis or the underside at all.
They told me at the garage that she's in really good nick ![]() My plans are: Really good upholstery clean Change - spark plugs - Oil - Filters - Brake discs and pads (passed but on advisory, inner side still corroded) - All belts Underbody protection fixing the switches/wiring that doesn't work Eventually getting factory wheels and new tyres This buy turned out to be a really good one! sounds good, looks sweet, all you need to add to that list is a new gaiter for the gear stick and a can of halfrauds satin black for the bumpers
(I am sure some wise-ar5e will come along in a bit and ramble on about adding 10 spokes to that list...) |

I don't really like these aftermarket wheels, the design is not the best I think... at least they are also in good condition

Personally. I had 10 spokes on mine and hated it. They are too small for the cabriolet/coupe. They look fine on the saloon with the 205/50 profile tyres. But the cabriolet and the coupe have 205/60 profile tyres which just look ridiculous. I got some final edition 16" alloys for mine. Looked absolutely spot on, and the tyres are a very common size on the 16s win-win

Had to laugh at Lees comment about a certain person coming along and preaching ten spokes.
Seams to have back fired though as the op likes ten spokes. So do i but not really on a cabby. The final edition wheels are best without a doubt. So these ones the 16" or the 17" Boleros. These went on the final edition cabby 2.6 cars. And these on the final edition 2.8. ![]() Hope that helps you! Last edited by vorsprung durch technik; 11-08-15 at 04:20 PM. |
