Great choices! I'd find it really hard to choose between the three but if it came down to it, the M3 would win. Never been into Jap cars but the Starion just looked so good with those familiar looking arches. Wonder where they got the idea for them from?

Although I think the turbo version was not introduces until 1986, but it was proper fast

But to be honest...id settle for one of these.....Honda accord with imported quad lamps




(just coz one has £35k....doesn't mean one has to spend the whole of it)

Sorry to rain on your parade but the Delta was surely the HF not the Integrale in 1985? I stand to be corrected of course....
And wouldn't the BMW M3 and Mercedes 2.3-16 (never badged externally as a cosworth iirc) outside the £25k nominal limit??? Great choices though...
