Definitely up for a meet. Trying to sort one out myself. Just can't commit as having garage problems for map tweak (infinite wait) . But there is a legitimate reason for delay.

[EDIT] there's a place in Kempston that does re-maps if you're stuck, The TT Shop...
a neighbour had his TT done some years ago and says that they do other makes/models too!

It's not a re-map, just a tweak so car idles properly. The problem is the ECU is a Pectel. It's password protected anyway, but very few people seem to be able to understand or map it and even fewer to do it properly.
Unfortunately, it would cost too much to swap it over, so I'm a bit stuck
