Mine is a chipped 1999 S4 2.7T Avant... It was Brilliant Black last I checked but with all the salt going on the roads now it's more Dirty Grey ;-)

Actually, my wife is using it as I have problems sourcing a pair of good (but used) winter tyres equal to the ones on her car - 1990 VW Golf I Cabriolet "Etienne Aigner"... Passenger side tyres (and alu-wheels) were canibalised by a new granite curb...

Plan B is to mount the Hakkapeliitta 7 spiked tyres I have for my WR on her wheels..

S4 ~ 8 km/l 98 octane, Golf ~ 14 km/l 95 octane... She's driving 110+ km every day so plan B is not that far away

I'm quite surprised the old Golf 2H engine is doing so well having in mind it's done 400.000+ km. Engine was opened at 170.000 km to replace leaking cam seal, besides that only regular service has been done to the car. Oh, and two CV's, one radiator and one ball joint.
