Do you still have the steering wheel , and would I need a different boss to fit it to an earlier b3 coupe , what about the horn is that still on the centre of these wheels

Steering wheel is still available yep. I'm pretty sure the B3 and B4 steering wheel fitment is the same, I'm sure if you ask the question on here someone will be able to confirm though.
Horn push is indeed in the centre part of the wheel, where the 4 rings logo is.
