I think I've narrowed down the area of the problem though...

Time for a 6 speed conversion
Not heard of a Ur box doing that before, wasn't it one of the strongest Audi made

Looks like one of the securing rings caved in and the differential pinion shaft "left the building"...

Once the shaft is gone, all the cogs are free to move around...

Have you found the remainding 3 cogs and the shaft ??
