I've never removed the wishbone.... just the balljoint nut and seperate the joint stud and the offset bracket. Once out the strut comes out fine.

Ditto, Camber not affected on series 2's as balljoint is mounted into bottom of strut..

I'm only trying to make it easier for the guy.

The camber adjustable plate is in the wishbone. If it's left on the car, it's more difficult to extract the strut, that is all

I understand that mike but in the long run it simply isnt.... Try redoing the wishbone nuts on the subframe on car.... they are a pig of a job as they are within the subframe skin. Also theres no need to remove wishbone, theres more than enough clearance within the arch...
