this is me and my oldest daughter stood in front of my last truck - my daf, at a local event called rescue day where we put on a little display of local owner drivers/hauliers, the lady we are stood with is none other than sally traffic, who we are getting to know quite well as she comes up every year it was taken in 2013.

more to follow - but everything needs putting on photobucket!

in the mean time, heres a video i made from pictures taken over the course of 2011, the main feature is my daf, before i repainted the chassis and put the alcoas on the i polished up painstakingly my hand

heres my oldest again, but a lot younger - maybe 18months old, not sure exactly....

this truck was an ERF ECX , the last of the ERF's although not a true one as it had an MAN chassis, a very good truck, especially after i removed the bunk and did some redesigning to incorporate two 10" Rockford subs and a host of other goodies not to mention a larger bunk!.....god they were the days!!

Finally found her, Dad's last truck, loved that truck. And I was wrong, she was an FH12. Wonder where it is now?

I like the madmax truck, never seen it, it looks like it may well be dutch, those boys and girls have quite a unique style that is very cool - the two tone wheels is normally a clue

this is one of my friends first trucks, I did pretty much all of the paint work on this truck to make it look like this from just another exmaritime scania, I still take care of most of the paint work on the now 6 trucks he has, unless its a massive undertaking like a chassis paint, I don't have the time or facilities to do that kind of job these days!

in my garage, this is how it got done, bit by bit, as there was no rush, we started in November and had until February as that was when he was hitting the road for the first time

where theres a will theres a way

having a rough time of it in Scotland, me and a mate were double manning what was meant to be a round trip to kyle of lochalsh , unfortunately mother nature interfered and despite having a moffet we spent a good bit of time not getting up hills!

this guy was empty, and what you cant really see is me pushing him on the moffet!
