Exactly what is your goal with the 2.7T ???

AWE has allways been a good choice for the 2.7T unless you want to take it all the way with e.g. a 600 bhp MTM kit or the 900 bhp kit from WickedMotorsports...

Note, prices are from 2007 and they list Wheel HP, not Crank HP.. 93 octane US is 98 octane EUR.

If your S4 is bone stock, you can double your power with AWE while maintaining good spooling. You need their RSK04 turbo kit with stainless and coated tubular manifolds and fueling system, plus the side-mount intercooler kit ($1396), downpipes ($1595) and cat-back ($995), bringing the total to $9236 ($10145 for '00 models converted to Hitachi MAF). Additionally, you'll need the RS4 clutch ($495) and a turbo-back system ($2590) to fully benefit, for a grand total of $12321. AWE has seen 380whp and 370 lb/ft on 93-octane, and 416whp and 428 lb/ft using 103. Thanks to the exhaust manifolds and GIAC tuning, 20psi is reached by 3000rpm.
My own S4 "only" have a chip. It's +20% power and torque over stock. Enough to do 0-60 in 5 (or less) seconds and enough to make it extremely difficult for the passenger to grab the £10 note taped to the dash while accelerating. I usually let them have it just before 4'th gear (80'ish mph) :-)

Dyno, 2008 6'th gear run - they only pushed up to 170 mph - redline is 7.200 rpm:

My idea was exhaust performance, maybe intercooler performance, air filter and remap.
As my is A6 and automatic, so cannt be so quick as Yours..
If Ill get around 340-360hp - I'm happy.

Remap and a pair of K04's... 350'ish bhp... RS4 intake manifold/TB, AWE exhaust manifold, 200 cell cats, Miltek cat-back, 2,8L heads with RS4 cams, RS6 hybrid turbos, bigger intercoolers... 500'ish bhp.

Your problem is the automatic tranny... It's going to be a low torque setup. It won't be able to take off spinning all four...

The K&N panel filter is quite good, I use it with a complete Samco hose kit...

Optionally convert it to a 3L stroker...

Your list of parts I think not worth for A6 auto..
If it was S4 then definitely. But it sounds very good...

One day I was wondering, why Audi made 2.7 twin turbo engine with 230hp, when years ago there was 2.3 turbo with same output..
