I wasn't at that one Bruce but I was just around the corner at Lytham Festivals 80s v 90s Friday a couple of weeks earlier

Absolutely fantastic extended performance from the multi talented Midge Ure, good to see Kenny Thomas in fine form singing with Living in a Box, an enjoyable set from Johnny Hates Jazz and surprise of the night Betty Boo who was actually rather good

A1, Dodgy and Technotronic were all OK but big disappointment in that headliners Human League didn't perform due to a band member being taken ill backstage
Still a great night though

Default Walter Becker

Just heard that Walter Becker, guitarist and one half of the excellent Steely Dan, passed away over the weekend. He was only 67

Default Walter Becker

I enjoyed listening to those Steely Dan tracks so much yesterday (and so did a few of you guys) that I thought I'd share a few more of their best with you this evening
