I have not been there, i think David was worried how low you would send him.

Just finished drivers door tonight, the last owner had a big swipe thru the skin and filled it. I ground 1/2 of filler out, then being fairly good steel was able to dress out the gouge along the length of the door skin, problem is then it is stretched, so using the shrinking hammer and dolly got most of it out and then used the flipper to finish the skin. Now it only needs the slightest of a skim.

Because it is going to be midnight blue I'm going to hit the body with 3-4 litres of polyester spray filler, then I hope it will only need one blocking with 80 grit and a final finish with 120 grit. Dry sand the high build primer with say a 240 but then I always wet flat with 800 min on a long nylon block, with a gentle light had off with a 1000 before top coat.

Simples
