URQ RR 20V 1990 Injector Rail Banjos

Hello, Has anyone had issues getting the banjos to seal properly on refitting. I have tried 3x and using CU washers (same size) and even the original alu washer. Have also cleaned up the bolt and rail faces to no avail. Next step is to try and get a set of new alu washers but suspect there could still be some pitting in the face. All recommendations welcome
