Unhappy just snapped a spring on th CQ

the drivers side front spring has just snapped on my type 85 CQ

Are new ones cheap? or should this be an 'opportunity' (excuse) to upgrade the suspention?

I just can't decide. I do have half a coilover kit in storage.. that was put on the back burner and forgotten about. Unfortunatly it does require a few bits to complete.

Best to change in matched pairs too.
I used H&R but again not sure they are available anymore.
Alternatively I know a company that can make to order...
