Picking up where an old grumble lies...
I had a call from the outfit who were 'handling' my claim back in March. Nearly 6 months later! 'About your Personal injury claim. Loss of earnings, mate! Yeah, mate, we can claim even now, yeah! No problem' It's unreal.
