non classic, but after vcds expert....
Ok so not my CQ this time, but hoping there is an expert who knows vcds well enough to help me to reset the active cruise misalignment fault 234. Basically hit a pothole or two in Liverpool Friday that on investigation caused 2 of the locating pins to dislodge that hold the radar in position and tripped the fault. Pushed them back in and tested alignment last night with laser pointer and 2 axle stands and its spot on but won't reset in vcds.. All help appreciated

All sorted. After spending 2 hours realigning the radar sensor and still not resetting the fault, I decided to try driving the car for a while and so after 50 miles I parked up, went onto my laptop and pressed clear fault codes.... And it stayed cleared. That's a relief.... And one to remember as it's bound to happen again
