Originally a Manchester car.

Wasn't it for sale in the Chester area 2-3 years ago?

yep, I got it from a chap just outside Manchester about 7 years ago and it had 28,000 on the clock and was on the reg OKJ496 (now on my RS2).
Micky had it off me and sold it to a chap from Chester.

I lived in Germany for 6 years and my Father bought two Audi 80ls' whilst we lived there. The first was a B1 in a non metallic light blue colour and the second was a B2.
He was advised by a close friend not to buy the B2 in the same metallic green as this one advertised because of possible future colour matching problems so he bought a flat green one which was nowhere near as lovely a colour (Which became UGC448W when brought back to the UK.)
A few months later the same friend bought his own B2 80 in the colour he'd told my Father to avoid.

B*****D!!

This light green metallic certainly suits the B2 80 lines. Looks lovely.

This was and probably still is a lovely car, it was right hand drive but German spec, so the cookie cutter wheels are 13 inch, not 14 inch, no front fogs, no power steering, possibly a few other differences to UK spec.
