Default 80 B2 - WN 2B 5 Carburetor Repair Kits?

Anyone know of if you can still buy carb kits as need to recondition a carb on my B2 WN engine with 2B-5 zenith carb on it. The carb i've got has a flat spot when rev it from idle, but I want to recondition the old carb which did work perfect on it until it starting overfilling with fuel inside.

Any ideas please

Try to find Meat&Doria repair kit S6G and compare it with your carb:
http://www.meat-doria.com/product_meat/S6G
AFAIK, Zenith was bought by Pierburg, and I don't think they change 2B5 a lot after purchase of Zenith.

I have a good experience with this kit and seller on ebay:

Further, the pull-down unit (to open the 2nd throttle plate) also fails after many years.
New ones are rare, but: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/380738526957

Thanks for the replies, very helpful indeed. I've bought the kit off eBay suggested in link. Did try meat doria but can't find a dealer to buy a kit off. When I get the kit I'll do a full carb rebuild think it may be a diaphragm which may of had it on the carb at moment. Thanks again for response

Default Carb problems too

Hi there! I have the same kit and the manual to, but i dont try to repair my carb yet.

Do you solve your problem?
My engine, sometimes when gets the normal temperature rpm gets up to 2000 several times.... I have to "slap" the accelerator to get rpm down. I run a few more meters and when disengaging the engine or set foot on the clutch, the rpm sets at 2000 rpm or more... again and again...

regards
