My B2 is never going to get done SOOOOOO if I can get the new engine in the S2 Avant sorted after a mishap then I will be there too

do i have to do anything to the car to make OK to drive on the track , R clips on sump bolt , tape on headlights , ACU gold sticker helmet ???

Just Roadworthy. Your car will be scrutineered which will take all of 1 minute to conduct a noise test. 100dbs max I think.
Helmet Mandatory, tape on headlights optional, but would look very retro!! Maybe all the CA cars should be sporting a bit of Insulting Tape on the lamps!?

100DB's i might be screwed with my O.T.T 2.5 inch magna flow then lol . does the helmet have to be ACU gold stamped ??

If you think it will fail, pop half a dozen or so sausages of steel wool into the tail pipe and rear silencer, which can be purchased at a reasonable rate from the B&Q Store, not far from the track

All quiet for the noise test, then it'll blow out as you go round the track!

It isn't a competition event so an in date ACU scrutineered lid isn't a requirement and obviously you will be in a car anyway. The circuit provide them but in any case personal ones aren't checked. I think the organisers assume that if a participant chooses to use their own, they'll be wearing one that will do the job if they were to run out if talent.

8860-2004 is the current FIA BS/ MSA standard for Racing and Rallying.
