I would like to go but from the website it looks like you have to pre-book or something.
To have pre-booked would require levels of organisation not seen in me or my family for a generation....perhaps two. So, I may go to the Luton Festival of Transport instead....and take my type 43 Audi rather than a motorbike. An unexpected bonus is the number of interesting old Coachs and Buses that turn up at this show...obviously, the fact that all this takes place in Luton has to be born in mind though. |

An advantage to the Luton show is that you can just turn up. There are club areas....but you don't have to do all that, you can just park, show and wander about and talk to people.
Last time I went it was just a few pounds to get in with a classic....and to see the old Coaches/Buses was quite something. So I, (or my wife) need to prepare the ceremonial lunch of sandwiches, small orange carton, and chocolate penguin bar PDQ if all this is to come to pass. I mean, who could face Luton without it. |

Oh yes, I know you have an association with Luton Jack1. I am very sorry you can't make it. Well, if I do see your relatives who can make it tomorrow I will let you know. |
