Default coilover spring rate

what would you recommend for coilover spring rating for a 90 CD 5 cylinder? i figured around 200 lbs, is that too stiff?

Well on the front of the QC we have 10"X 260lbs springs and on the back 11" X 240lbs all with Koni adj shocks..

On the 80 we have 10" x 220lbs fronts and the backs are springs from an avant with a little bit of a trim again Koni adj shocks.

But we are just about to up the ones on the coupe to 300lbs and put the 260lbs on the 80.

Hi Styler, I've done a few sets of coilovers that are being used on group 4 tarmac cars, I used 500 and 450 with 300mm and 280mm length, ID 82mm, with billy inserts.
