I have Nokians on my A4q great tyre and not that expensive, avoid the really cheap ones, anything like pirelli / michelin will be expensive, well worth the money i love winter tyres

Continentals are very good but they have quite a soft side wall.
Have a look at the Maxsports, I had them on and off for 4 years now without any bother. As long as you arnt hitting 140mph every day there exellent. Brittish too I have the maxsport alaska I, very good on ice, snow and cold tarmac. I would go for the alaska II, or IV as they have a better tread pattern. |

All new tyres have ratings for noise, fuel efficiency and braking distance.
I'd go on Blackcircles.com and input either your tyre size or reg number. You will be shown a plethora (3 amigos, anyone?) if tyes with the ratings and prices. All the ratings are to industry standards, and are objective. Well worth a look. I'm looking at prices for tyres to fit (whisper it) a Grand Cherokee... |
