Default road accidents fallen by a third in ten years

cant understand why when every little 18 year old toe rag is racing around the side streets !

Come to think of it, no one's driven into me for at least a year.

the council, have put a roundabout where there was a
T junction,outside my shop. i have seen at least 5 accidents in eight months.

Maybe it's because we no longer have accidents, we now have incidents.

No longer can someone say sorry, I pucked uf. Now we say 'why you reverse into me?'

No longer are adults responsible, now they are liable.

Just a thought.
