nice to see it's still in use but to do it justice, you'd need to be chucking a good 4-5 grand at her.
Will be interesting to see how much it goes for being a rolling resto.
I'm thinking around £3k - £3500..

That looks a really good basis for a cracking restoration, wish I had the time (or the money). I've always liked these old buses, hope it finds a loving home.

My biggest concern with restoring old Audi's is how little value they have afterwards.

If you spend 5k to 6k buying and restoring one of these gorgeous 100 coupes what kind of value would they be worth afterwards?

Im not in it to make money but I like to at least break even after spending that kind of cash.

Tell me about it. It is for that reason that I only ever buy what I plan to keep...and even then, the two that I have done the least to (but paid a little more for up front) are worth more than the two I bought right but have poured major sweat equity and lots of $ into.
