Question CQ Typ85 Wishbones & Other bits

Hi, so finally my coupe has been welded, after s "standstill restoration". I haven't touched it for a good few months now. I can start with underneath of the the car now First of all, I need all four wishbones (preferably new or in very good condition, not rusted) as mine are covered in rust, all four lower balljoints, fuel pump, fuel filter and I'm not sure what's the other part with two fuel lines connected to it? I need that too. Also, I will need a complete exhaust system, as it's rusted, got one hole in the rear silencer, and this:

Can someone advise me, where is the best places to get these things from? My budget is not great, as I'm trying to save up for my wedding this year, so I'm looking for these parts while my wife-to be is upstairs

Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks for now

NLA from Audi, like a lot of other things. After rejecting wishbones from GSF, my mechanic replaced with ones from First Line (available through the trade). They look the same as originals and have been OK so far, a year in. Other members may have different views.

Good luck with the restoration

Speak with JimC. He's just bought the rest of my donor typ85 gt so you can get a lot of parts from that. I know the fuel pump is in good nick as I was under the car and saw it. However GSF do a generic fuel pump that works with these cars for about £60 new (depending on how well you haggle!) and I've got a lower front wishbone from a CGT available too.

Talk to Pete Reeve at quattro Corner. He advised me to go for cast wishbones and ball joints from S2 for the front. Improves feel of the car too, but not sure if they fit the back?
Just something to think about
