Top 50 greatest comedy characters

I see tonight on one of the freeview channels they're running the top 50 comic characters which I just know we'll have to watch to the bitter end if only to disagree with.

My top 5 would be, in no particular order (and I dont neccesarily like them all )
Alan Partridge
Blackadder
Basil fawlty
David Brent
Frank Spencer

I'm sure there's others who cou;ld displace the above from their position if I thougt about it a bit longer!
