Went to the final race last season at Brands, the Focus's were the loudest cars out there by miles and should have won one of the races (without LPG) unfortunately Plato was on a mission to win all 3 races (albeit a bit too late in the season to beat Turkington).

Shame they run BTCC on the GP track as its spreads out the cars a bit too much. At least this years final race will be on the Indy Track which should make it exciting if it goes down to the wire again (which it has for the last couple of seasons).

To compensate for running LPG his year they have had to bolt a turbo to the engine.....!

Was a reasonable set of races last year, 1992 at Silverstone sitting in the stands at woodcote watching Soper punt out Cleland was the best final for me.

I find it funny every year he moans about everyone else having an advantage in their car, except when he has a significant one (Seat Leon TDi's). He drives live a moron in the first few races of the season then he has some reasonable results and realises he can actually win the championship, when all along he could have done as he has the best kit. By then its too late

Glad Turkington won to be honest as he thinks about how to win a championship...
Would have been happy with Giovinardi too

yes he had had a few opportunities over the years to win the title thats why he has come second quite a few times ! seems to get it together by the end of the year when its too late !
