Default will running different size wheels F/R damage quattro transmission?

As title really..

will running different size wheels on Front & Rear damage the quattro transmission?

If i drove with 195/50/16 on the front, and 195/60/14 on the rear, would this damage the car in anyway? (i can swap them round if this helps)

Its only to get to the garage and back, but they are the only legal tires I have available to me at this second in time and i need to get it to a garage.

Also, Is it 100% legal to drive with such a configuration?
