Default Measuring current draw urQuattro fuel pump

The urQ blew its fuel pump fuse last week. I suspect a clogged fuel filter and I'm getting a new one fitted tomorrow, but I want to measure the current draw through the pump before I swap the filter, then again afterwards (to check that the filter is the culprit).

Where is best / easiest to break into the fuel pump circuit?
