Question Bleeding rear brakes!

It's not a pun, but I can't get any fluid out of my rear brakes on my '82 Audi 200 when I try and bleed them. The master cylinder is new and so are the calipers, I'm using an eazibleed pressure bleeding method but nothing! The front ones bleed fine so I'm wondering if it could be the brake pressure regulator? I am bleeding it whilst it's on its wheels so it souldn't be activated. Can it stop the flow? Thanks
