How long do you think it will take from Essex to Shifnal plus do any other southern members do the pilgrimidge?

as you're about as far away in Essex as you could be, I reckon a good 2 1/2 hours minimum on a Sunday morning (allowing for a heavy right foot and no traffic!)

That's the way to go. Nice run too but watch the rozzers on the A14 and the Truvelo speed cameras ( the ones which face you). I'd give it around 2.5hrs too.
