Had a great day and nice to put a few names to faces!!
Got up at 05:30 then went up me unit and dragged out the 100GL and the 80CD. Then headed off South to Castle Combe. Ariived just before 9 and parked up in the Show 'n' Shine area, then headed off for some scram! How refreshing to go to a show and not get ripped off for food! £3.50 for a full English Breakfast! I paid a quid more for a lame ass hot dog at Trax!!
Plenty of cars to look at, superb line up from the NSU club. Track action was superb. Nice to some plenty of people givin' them plenty of stick on the bends! A few brown trousers moments here and there! R8's are like A4's now! Bloody everywhere!!!

was chuffed to say the least when they did the Concours awards and got a Highly commended (3rd place) for the 100GL

But, even better was when I got 1st place for the 80CD!!

So off for a few bevvies to celebrate now! All that hard graft polishing finally paid off with a double whammy!!
