Hi,
I'm looking for a flywheel from a 10v turbo engined car. I'm dropping the kv engine from my 1986 90 quattro to replace it with a 7a engine from a later 90. I would like to keep the existing gearbox with it's nice short ratios and seemingly the use of this flywheel would allow this. Really need this to be getting on because I'm really missing the car and I can't wait to drive it with the 20v in it. |

Dont forget to fit a new KV flywheel spigot bearing too, in place of the existing 20v one.

sure, pm me your address please.
it would cost more to post than your engine rebuild, it weighs a fair bit you know. where are you? near Stirling wasnt it? if so I'll be heading to Bo'ness on Friday so could intercept you or leave it with Eltee@ Strirling Audi for you.

Thanks for the offer Sam but I got a clutch and flywheel dropped off today thanks to quattrokid and Amanda.
The clutch seems too big for the 10v turbo flywheel but fits the 7a flywheel perfect so I think it's the wrong part. The only other clutch I have is from a kv engine and it's too small for either flywheel. Is your clutch off your car ? If it is could you measure it for me please. Thanks Michael. |
